Indemnification Waiver
Download our Indemnification Waiver Form prior to making your reservation. Speed up your registration by bringing your signed Indemnification Waiver with you on the day of your zip line ride.
Parents or LEGAL GUARDIANS MUST sign the Indemnificaition Waiver for any minor child. This means if you are bringing a minor child you must download the waiver from this website and have the PARENT OR LEGAL guardian sign the waiver and bring it with you.
